“Juarez” – this track is continues after “Zero Zero” full of grungy drums and fuzz guitar pedals, reminiscent of the early 1990s grunge era with bands like Nirvana.

Way creates a garage-rock sound in his own style, making this a stand out track. Preceded by upbeat pop tracks, this song is like a punch in the gut it is unexpected and in your face. “Zero Zero” – this song quickly changes the pace of the album with a fast, punchy bass-line and a quick tempo complete with grimy, cutting vocals. “Action Cat” is packed full of glimmery guitar chords and up-beat bass and drum lines with powerful yet somehow subdued vocals that drive the song. He is no longer writing dark lyrics about life and death, instead he has managed to write an extremely catchy, pop song. “Action Cat” – this is the first track where Gerard Way’s new style really comes through. The overall feeling of the art is bright and contrasting, which is absolutely fitting for the music on the record. The vinyl release has different album artwork than the CD release, which makes the record all the more unique.
